“I have always loved the saying“keep your nose on the grindstone”. This expression is often used when one person is encouraging another to not only work hard, but to do it continuously. No one is innately born with a strong work ethic; it’s something that must be learned and developed over time. When we see success in person’s life it can be easy for us to think that they simply arrived there without any interference, but what we often don’t see is the years of hard work and perseverance that came before the success.I’ve found this to be true in my own life, at times when I’ve achieved my goals and experienced positive results were preceded by periods of hard work. Ultimately, working hard and doing so unwaveringly will produce lasting results, leading to the improvement of you and those in your circle of influence.
