Dallas Industrial

  1. Nelson Companies Ones, LLC signed a 100,000 SF lease at 8611 Ambassador Row in Dallas. Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the owner, Oxford. Cameron Rogers with Rubicon represented the tenant.
  2. Painters USA, Inc. signed a 18,060 SF lease at 611 109thStreet in Arlington. Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty and Walker Floyd with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the owner, Arden. Robert Morris with Rubicon represented the tenant.
  3. Zyka Foods, Inc. renewed their 15,885 SF lease at 2737 West Airport Freeway in Irving. Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the owner, Sealy.  David Easterling / CBRE represented the tenant
  4. Ark Depot signed a 12,000 SF lease at 10649 Shady Trail in Dallas. Andrew Gilbert, Keaton Brice, and Jon Skidmore with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the owner, Berkeley Partners. Adam Curran and Hudson Sheets with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant.
  5. Plus More Fitness, LLC signed a 11,715 SF lease at 2302 113thStreet in Grand Prairie. Walker Floyd and Maddy Canty represented the owner, Floyd Ventures.

Dallas Office

  1. Garney Construction signed a new 5,907 SF lease at The Square at Craig Ranch in McKinney. John Dickenson and Paul Hernandez with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, VanTrust. Matthew Hickey and Kyle Klemme with TIG Real Estate Services, Inc. represented the tenant.
  2. Forsite Renewables signed a new 1,342 SF lease at The Square at Craig Ranch, McKinney, 75070. John Dickenson and Paul Hernandez with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, VanTrust. Alan Wood with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant. 

Fort Worth Industrial

  1. Kurita America, Inc leased 90,278 SF at South Fort Worth Commerce Center, Fort Worth, Texas Andrew Johnson with Colliers represented the tenant. Matt Carthey and Thomas Grafton with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, IDI Logistics.
  2. Air Relief Technologies, Inc leased 52,788 SF at 5909 Eden, Haltom City, 76117. Michael Newsome with NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant. Thomas Grafton and Trey Goodspeed with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, GL Eden, LLC.
  3. A/C Supply Company renewed its lease of 12,405 SF at 7714 Camp Bowie, Fort Worth, 76116. Gary Vasseur with Vasseur Commercial represented the tenant. Thomas Grafton and Trey Goodspeed with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Hickman.
  4. TPHS Holdings, LLC leased 10,000 SF at 2729 Lipscomb, Fort Woth, 76110. Michael Newsome with NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant. Thomas Grafton and Trey Goodspeed with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Richard and Jubely Trust.
  5. Z&R Vargas LLC leased 10,000 SF at Village Creek Business Park, Fort Worth, Texas 76119. Brandon Alexander with Lancaster represented the tenant. Thomas Grafton and Trey Goodspeed with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Circle Industrial.

Fort Worth Office

  1. Bella Living Psychological Services, Pllc expanded its lease of 8,853 SF at First Cash Plaza in Fort Worth. Curtis Dean with CD Commercial represented the tenant. Jake Neal, Matt Carthey, and Vic Meyer with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, FirstCash.
  2. First Western Securities, Inc renewed its lease of 4,695 SF at Willow Creek Office, Hurst, 76053. David Cason and Jake Neal with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant. Kolby Dickerson with TRXE represented the landlord, HRE Willow Creek.
