“To me the “We Put Others First” value means considering the feelings and needs of others when making decisions or dealing with issues in both my personal and professional life. This sometimes means sacrificing my own desires or needs to demonstrate a willingness to show kindness, empathy, selflessness, and compassion for others. Philippians 2:3 says, “Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.”
