Dallas Office

2. OTJ Architects leased 2,583 SF at 2811 McKinney Ave, Dallas, 75204. John Dickenson with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the Landlord, Western Securities. Jihane Boury with Savills represented the Tenant.

Fort Worth Industrial

1. Courts Galore, LLC leased 11,700 SF at Rutland 2, Austin, 78758. Thomas Grafton with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant. Rick Lange with GRM represented the landlord, GRM.
