Holt Lunsford Commercial (HLC) represented Anthem Partners in a 3,710 SF lease transaction at 3001 N Dallas Parkway in Frisco, Texas. Jamie Clyde and Tyler Howarth of HLC represented the tenant in the transaction. Kim Butler, Rena Padachy, and Brad Gibson of Hall Group represented the owner.
