Sam Swinton

Sam Swinton joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2023 and serves as a Construction Manager in the Dallas Corporate Office. He is responsible for managing development and tenant improvement projects. Sam focuses on carrying projects through pre-construction, due diligence, engineering, and design throughout the construction process.

Prior to joining HLC, Sam was a construction manager at Square One Development Consultants & SLS Development Consultants in Dallas, where he performed project management and development syndication services across multiple asset classes. During this time, he gained valuable experience working on many complex developments as well as providing excellent service to all his clients.

Sam received a BBA in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in business from The University of Texas in Austin.
