Hayden Lunsford

Hayden Lunsford joined HLC in March of 2021 and serves as a Senior Associate for Holt Lunsford Holdings with a focus on Multifamily Investments. His responsibilities include sourcing new opportunities, oversight of development, financing, and equity relationships for all Multifamily activities.

Since joining HLC, Hayden has directly been involved with the entitlement and construction of over 1,600 units in DFW and Austin.

Prior to joining HLC, Hayden served as a loan originator at Quadrant Finance Partners, a small-balance debt-fund providing mezzanine and whole loans across all asset types and locations. Since 2016, Hayden helped grow the fund’s assets under management by originating, closing, and managing over $200 million in debt collateralized by commercial real estate. 

Hayden is a native of Dallas and received a BBA in Finance from Dallas Baptist University. He has recently served on the board of The Real Estate Council Foundation (TREC) and the Dallas Baptist University College of Business Advisory Board.
