HOLT LUNSFORD COMMERCIAL INVESTMENTS ACQUIRES 23 AC IN HOUSTON, TX, TO BUILD A 254,800 SF INDUSTRIAL PARK
HOUSTON, TEXAS (October 22, 2024) — Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments (HLCI) is proud to announce the acquisition of a 23-acre tract in Houston, Texas, located within the Northwest submarket. HLCI acquired the tract in a deal that closed earlier this year.
The site benefits from its strategic location in Northwest Houston, one of the premier industrial submarkets, with proximity to several major thoroughfares, including Beltway 8 (1.75 miles), US-290 (2.25 miles), and SH-249 (2.50 miles), which gives prospective tenants convenient local and regional access. The planned development, located at 11010 Jones Road, Houston, TX 77070 includes the construction of two buildings that total 254,800 square feet and are estimated to break ground in 2025. This development features two buildings, including a 204,800 SF front-load building and a 50,000 SF rear-load building, plus ample trailer parking with up to five acres of outside storage yard.

This opportunity, 11010 Jones Road, aligns with HLCI’s vision to expand the company’s industrial footprint in the Houston market and contribute to the flourishing Houston economy. This project will drive job creation, business growth, and infrastructure development in Houston and the surrounding areas.
