Holt Lunsford Commercial (HLC) represented Walden Security in a 6,400 SF lease deal at 511 East John Carpenter Freeway in Irving, Texas. Quinn Hanford and Tyler Howarth of HLC represented the tenant alongside Steve Hunt of Hunt Commercial Real Estate, LLC in the transaction. Duane Henley of Newmark represented the owner, Codina Partners.
“This transaction was exciting because we were able to partner with Walden’s head of real estate, Steve Hunt, headquartered in Chattanooga,” Hanford said. “They trusted us to tour the market with their regional manager which ultimately led to assisting Walden on their renewal and expansion. I ultimately think we did a great job working alongside Walden’s team and I know they will have a seamless transition in their existing and new space.”
