The Real Estate Council (TREC) announces its 2022 Executive Committee and Board of Directors who represent the best-in-class in the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate industry. These members provide the expertise and leadership that support the growth of TREC, the Dallas real estate industry and the development of the area’s most underserved communities.
“While the past two years have presented a number of challenges, our board members rose to the occasion and demonstrated unparalleled leadership and support not only for our organization but also for the Dallas-area community as a whole,” said Linda McMahon, president and CEO of TREC. “The team that makes up this year’s executive committee and board will be instrumental in the continued success of our leadership development programs, public policy work and community investment efforts.”
Holt Lunsford Commercial’s Holden Lunsford, Managing Partner of Leasing Services, joins the TREC 2022 Board of Directors. Holden currently oversees all third-party transaction services and corporate growth initiatives at HLC. From 2014 until 2019, Holden was instrumental in the founding and growth of over 8 million square feet of office assets, overseeing the Dallas Office division’s leasing and property management businesses.
