Holt Lunsford Commercial (HLC) announces the opening of its new retail division in Fort Worth, Texas. Located at 1200 Summit Avenue, the office will expand HLC’s presence within the retail sector concentrating on project leasing, tenant representation, and investments sales. To date, HLC’s retail division has secured over 600,000 SF in new leasing and sales assignments.
The new retail team will be led by Tracy Gray, who joined HLC in late 2021. Gray brings a strong knowledge of the Fort Worth market as well as experience in launching a retail division. Prior to joining HLC, Gray served as Vice President and Market Leader at Vision Commercial Real Estate. In his executive role, he was an integral part in leading their expansion throughout DFW and was a recipient of the 2021 Fort Worth Business Press Top 40 Under 40 award.

Reilly Clark, another recent hire, will also contribute to the efforts of the retail division, serving as Market Associate. Clark is responsible for executing transactions on retail assets in the Fort Worth market, representing private and institutional investors alike. Prior to joining HLC, Clark was also at Vision Commercial Real Estate.
