Holt Lunsford Commercial (HLC) represented American Federation for Children (AFC) in a lease transaction at 5950 Berkshire Lane in Dallas, Texas. Hunter Hedrick of HLC represented the tenant in the transaction.
The Berkshire at Preston Center is a 211,765 SF 16-story, Class AA office building located adjacent to both the Dallas North Tollway and Preston Center. The building features numerous amenities such as electric car charging stations, on-site courtesy officer, on-site deli, and more.
