Dallas Industrial
- SCIGV Inc. signed a 60,000 SF lease at 3306-3310 Quebec Street in Dallas. Canon Shoults and Maddy Coffman with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, AEW. Turner Peterson with Mercer Company represented the tenant.
- Austin Hose signed a 28,020 SF lease at 720 Mockingbird Lane in Dallas. Canon Shoults and Maddy Coffman with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Arden. Harrison Davis with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant.
- Sunmetals Products of America siged a 25,970 SF lease at 4301-4311 Shilling Way in Dallas. Canon Shoults and Mitch Cantwell with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Taurus.
Dallas Office
- Aerotek Affiliated Services signed a 16,300-square-foot lease at Tollway Towers in Dallas, Texas. HLC’s Chase Stone and Hayden Parker represented the Landlord, Larson Financial Group. Jamie Smith and Travis Boothe with Cushman & Wakefield represented the Tenant.
Fort Worth Industrial
- Flowco Productions LLC renewed and expanded its lease totaling 135,141 SF at Carter Distribution Center, Fort Worth 76134. Matt Carthey and Thomas Grafton with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant and landlord, Cabot.
- Broadbent, Inc renewed its lease of 9,000 SF at Riverbend Business Park, Fort Worth, 76118. Grayson Fleitz and George Jennings with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Riverbend Properties.
- JM Flooring Co expanded its lease to 4,000 SF at Riverbend Business Park, Fort Worth, 76118. Grayson Fleitz and George Jennings with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Riverbend Properties
