Dallas Industrial

1. Gomez Flooring renewed their 26,200 SF lease at Inwood Trade Center in Dallas. Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Hines. Jay Benner with Cushman and Wakefield represented the tenant.

Fort Worth Industrial

1. Monster Energy Company leased 217,537 SF at Everman Trade Center, Fort Worth, 76134. Rick Ellison with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Matt Carthey and Thomas Grafton with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Cabot.
2. GY Telecom USA, Inc. renewed its lease of 11,000 SF at Windsor at Northern Crossing, Fort Worth, 76137. George Jennings and Matt Carthey with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, GID. 

4. Breeze Mechanical, LLC renewed its lease of 3,000 SF at Riverbend Business Park, Fort Worth, 76118. William Wilson and George Jennings with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Riverbend Properties. 
5. Vendibean, LLC leased 2,400 SF at Riverbend Business Park, Fort Worth, 76118. William Wilson and George Jennings with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Riverbend Properties.

Fort Worth Office

4. Simmons Bank renewed its lease of 26,982 SF at Overton Centre, Fort Worth, 76109. Matt Carthey and Jake Neal with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, FLDR/TLC Overton Centre, LP.
5. Freddy’s Frozen Custard, LLC leased 4,169 SF at One West 7th, Fort Worth 76107. Matt Carthey with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant. Jake Neal and Vic Meyer with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Mac One West 7^th.
6. First Texas Cash, Inc leased 3,250 SF at 9325 South Freeway, Fort Worth, 76140. Collen Lefebvre with Vision Commercial represented the tenant. Jake Neal, Vic Meyer, and Carter Sells represented the landlord, Hickman Investments. 
7. Compass Well Services, LLC renewed its lease of 3,608 SF at Overton Centre, Fort Worth, 76109. Matt Carthey and Jake Neal with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, FLDR/TLC Overton Centre, LP.
8. Wound Management Technologies, Inc expanded its lease of 2,476 SF at Summit Office Park, Fort Worth, 76102. Andy Goldston with Citadel Partners represented the tenant. Jake Neal, Vic Meyer and Matt Carthey represented the landlord, Albany Roads. 

Fort Worth Retail

1. Kelly Blair, D.D.S., PLLC renewed its lease of 2,011 SF at Lincoln Village, Fort Worth, 76116. Tracy Gray and Reilly Clark with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Centra Partners, LLC.
