Dallas Office
- Aperia signed a 24,626 square-foot renewal at The Belvedere in Dallas, Texas. John Dickenson and Paul Hernandez with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the Landlord, InPoint Addison Belvedere.
- Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas signed a 15,599 square foot lease at Cottonwood Office Center in Irving, Texas. John Dickenson and Paul Hernandez with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the Landlord, Capital Commercial Investments.
Fort Worth Office
- Ray, McChristian & Jean PC renewed and expanded its lease of 6,549 SF at Mallick Tower, Fort Worth 76102. Vic Meyer with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Mallick Tower.
