Dallas Office

  1. AMLI renewed and expanded its lease of 13,214 SF lease at Liberty Plaza, Addison 75001. Tyler Howarth and Caroline Hix with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Franklin Street Properties.
  2. New American Funding signed a new 11,824 SF lease at Gramercy Center North, Dallas, 75287. Chase Stone and John Dickenson with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Winhall Investment Management. Travis Boothe & Hanna Henley with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
  3. Northwestern Mutual signed a new 11,019 SF lease at The Berkshire, Dallas, 75225. Chase Stone and John Dickenson with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, TA Realty. Craig Jones with Fischer represented the tenant.
  4. Southwest Sports & Spine renewed its 3,293 SF lease at Katy Trail Place, Dallas, 75205. John Dickenson and Caroline Hix with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Austin Industries. Jeff Hallberg with Lee & Associates represented the tenant.
  5. Corda Investment Management signed a new 2,779 SF lease at Tollway Towers, Dallas, 75248. Chase Stone and Caroline Hix with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Larson Capital Management. Bill Lawley with NPV Realty represented the tenant.

Fort Worth Industrial

  1. Big Ass Fans leased 221,444 SF at Fort West Commerce Center, Fort Worth, 76135. Landon Brune with CBRE represented the tenant. Matt Carthey and George Jennings with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Creation Equity.
  2. Sovereign Pharmaceuticals, LLC renewed its lease of 138,200 SF at Riverbend Business Park, Fort Worth, 76118. William Wilson and George Jennings with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Riverbend Properties.
  3. Pentonix Freight renewed and expanded its lease of 29,977 SF at Carter Business Center, Fort Worth, 76140.  Jordan Ketchens with 3PL Bridge represented the tenant. Thomas Grafton and George Jennings with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Cohen.
  4. North Texas Amusement renewed its lease of 16,000 SF at Riverbend Business Park, Fort Worth, 76118. William Wilson and George Jennings with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Riverbend Properties.
  5. Liquid Rubber Coatings, Inc leased 15,000 SF at Village Creek Business Park, Fort Worth, 76119. Ben Wallace with Colliers represented the tenant. Thomas Grafton and Trey Goodspeed with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Circle Industrial.

Fort Worth Office

  1.  Serenity TMS Center, LLC leased 11,516 SF at One Ridgmar Centre, Fort Worth, 76116. Jack Swaim with Colliers represented the tenant. Jake Neal, Vic Meyer and Matt Carthey with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Frontier Equity.
  2. Lockheed Martin Corporation leased 9,866 SF at Overton Centre, Fort Worth, 76109. Todd Burnette with JLL represented the tenant. Jake Neal and Matt Carthey with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, FLDR/TLC Overton Centre, LP.
