Dallas Office
- Landmark Quorum Holdings LLC has awarded leasing to Holt Lunsford Commercial for The Landmark, a 170,000-SF, eight-story office building located in Dallas, TX.
- CRM Realty, LP, has awarded leasing to Holt Lunsford Commercial for 3141 Hansboro Avenue, a 77,000-SF industrial building located in Dallas, TX.
- B&A Architectural Products, Ltd., renewed its lease of 15,700 square feet at 1606, 1608 and 1611 Bruce Way in Seagoville, TX. Will Bywaters with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant. William LeMasters with Mercer Company represented the landlord.
- Mayse & Associates renewed its lease of 8,900 square feet at The Belvedere in Dallas, Texas. John Dickenson and Paul Hernandez with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the Landlord. Andy Goldston with Citadel Partners represented the tenant.TelPro, Inc., expanded and renewed its lease of 3,900 square feet at Tollway Towers in Dallas, Texas. Dallas Industrial
- SCL Cold Chain renewed their 47,921 SF lease at 9001 Sterling Street in Irving. Canon Shoults and Maddy Coffman with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Brookfield. Todd Hubbard with NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant.
- Modular Power Solutions expanded their lease by 172,800 SF at 2555 S Valley Parkway in Lewisville. Canon Shoults, Andrew Gilbert, and Keaton Brice with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, IDI Logistics. Mac Hall with Stream Realty represented the tenant.
