Dallas Office
- Woodside has awarded leasing and management to Holt Lunsford Commercial for 161 Corporate Center, a 104,000-SF, four-story office building located in Irving, TX.
- Fresh from Texas, LLC leased 46,000 square feet at 904 Regal Row in Dallas, TX. Sam Crain, Harrison Davis and Oliver Day with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant. Kevin Griffiths and Michael Haggar with JLL represented the landlord.
- Ebby Halliday Real Estate, LLC, expanded and renewed its lease of 20,000 SF at The Berkshire at Preston Center in Dallas, TX. John Dickenson and Chase Stone with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, TA Realty. Daniel Prescott and Doug Carignan with CBRE represented the tenant.
- Zimperium, Inc. renewed its lease of 11,000 SF at Granite Tower in Farmers Branch, TX. John Dickenson, Chase Stone and Hayden Parker with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Larson. Jordan Wade with Transwestern represented the tenant.
- Eagle Eye Partners, Inc., renewed its lease of 9,000 square feet at 13375 N. Stemmons Freeway in Farmers Branch, TX. Hudson Sheets and Adam Curran with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant. Alan Clark with JSC Realty Investment Services, Inc., represented the landlord.
