Holt Lunsford Commercial is pleased to share a quick recap of select HLC deals from June 2024. It was an exceptional month, and we are proud to have supported our clients to achieve success. Noted below are the top deals by square footage completed in each department.

Dallas Office

1. Singer Equities, Inc., signed a 15,294-square-foot lease at Cottonwood Office Center in Irving, Texas. John Dickenson and Paul Hernandez with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the Landlord, Capital Commercial Investments. Brad Lipton with Mohr Partners represented the Tenant.
2. Sky Elements CTC signed a 12,800 SF lease at 820 W. Sandy Lake Road in Coppell. Andrew Gilbert and Keaton Brice with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the owner, La Salle. Kurt North with North Pointe Commercial represented the tenant.
3. Conti LLC renewed their 12,292 SF lease at 902 Fountain Parkway in Grand Prairie. Canon Shoults, Maddy Coffman, and Walker Floyd with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the owner, Arden.
4. Digi Security Systems, LLC signed a 10,143 SF lease at 10451 Brockwood Road in Dallas. Josh Barnes, Blake Troiani, and Mitch Cantwell with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the owner, Taurus. Landon Brune with CBRE represented the tenant.

Fort Worth Industrial

1. Bison Coolers, LLC leased 22,500 SF at Riverbend Business Park, Fort Worth, 76118. Misti Cross with Century 21 represented the tenant. William Wilson and George Jennings with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Riverbend Properties.
2. V1 Tech LLC leased 13,000 SF at Riverbend Business Park, Fort Worth, 76118. William Wilson and George Jennings with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Riverbend Properties.
3. Integrated Interiors renewed its lease of 7,200 SF at Riverbend Business Park, Fort Worth, 76118.  Michael Newsome with NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant. William Wilson and George Jennings with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Riverbend Properties.
4. Basic IDIQ, Inc leased 6,300 SF at Suffolk Business Park, Fort Worth, 76133. William Wilson with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant.  Thomas Grafton and Trey Goodspeed with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Birtcher Anderson.
5. Refrigeration Screw Compressor leased 5,000 SF at 2729 Lipscomb, Fort Worth 76110. Thomas Grafton with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant. Trey Goodspeed with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Richard Jobe.

Fort Worth Office

1. ITS Logistics, LLC leased 16,478 SF at One West 7th, Fort Worth 76107. Ryan Matthews and Alex Hrapkiewicz with JLL represented the tenant. Jake Neal, Matt Carthey and Vic Meyer with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Mac One West 7^th. 
2. AboveNet Communications, Inc leased 7,367 SF at The Star Telegram Building, Fort Worth 76102. Chris Herrmann with CBRE represented the tenant. Vic Myer and Jake Neal with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Bluelofts.
3. Alzheimer’s Association renewed its lease of 3,428 SF at Park Gardens, Fort Worth, 76102. Duke Briggs with TSG represented the tenant. Jake Neal and Blake Lloyd with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Nick Martin.
4. Providers Partners Health Plan of Texas, Inc renewed and expanded its lease of 3,258 SF at Overton Centre, Fort Worth 76109. Jake Neal and Matt Carthey with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, FLDR/TLC Overton Centre, LP.
5. MW Wealth Management leased 3,179 SF at 2900 Wingate, Fort Worth 76107. Vic Meyer and Jake Neal with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Wingate. 

Fort Worth Retail

1. KeKe’s Breakfast Cafe leased 4,974 at Trinity Commons, Fort Worth, 76109. Chase Mirza with Edge represented the tenant. Tracy Gray and Reilly Clark with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Brixmor.
2. Voxland Drumm, LLC leased 2,400 SF at 5109 Pershing Ave, Fort Worth 76107. Tracy Gray and Reilly Clark with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant.
3. Dr. Nathan Ballmann, D.C leased 397 SF at Ridglea Village, Fort Worth 76116. Ross Moncrief with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Sherman Way Investors, LP.
