Dallas Office

  1. Preston Forrest Capital signed a new 4,480 SF lease at Workshop South, 5495 Belt Line Rd Dallas, 75254. John Dickenson with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, C/T Prestonwood Creek JV, LLC.

 

Fort Worth Industrial

  1. One Intergis, Inc leased 263,900 SF at Fort Worth Industrial, Fort Worth, 76134. Brad Balke and Tom Pearson with Colliers represented the tenant. Matt Carthey and Thomas Grafton with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, TA.
  2. Millercoors USA, LLC renewed its lease of 218,282 SF at Carter Distribution Center, Fort Worth, 76134. Matt Carthey and Thomas Grafton with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Cabot.
  3. Hood Industries, Inc leased 90,000 SF at 8932 S Freeway, Fort Worth, 76104. Todd Hubbard with NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant. Thomas Grafton and Trey Goodspeed with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Hickman.
  4. Pepsico Global Real Estate, Inc leased 45,870 SF at Everman Trade Center, Fort Worth, 76134. Alex Coe and Jay Neikirk with Cresa Global represented the tenant. Matt Carthey and Thomas Grafton with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Cabot.

  2. A&M University System renewed its lease of 16,759 SF at The Star Telegram Building, Fort Worth, 76102. Todd Burnette with JLL represented the tenant. Vic Meyer and Jake Neal with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Read Property Group.
