Fort Worth Office

1. Leinart Law Firm, PLLC renewed its lease of 1,699 SF at Western Insurance Building, Fort Worth 76112. Reilly Clark and Kareem Amer with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Bridgestone Realty.
2. TX Christian Management LLC leased 1,079 SF at Overton Centre, Fort Worth 76109.  Matt Carthey and Kareem Amer with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, FLDR/TLC Overton Centre, LP.
3. Alliance Bank renewed its lease of 820 SF at Summit Office Park Fort Worth 76102. Vic Meyer and Matt Carthey with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Albany Roads.
4. Texas Medical Marijuana Doctor leased 328 SF at 3001 W 5^th Street, Fort Worth 76107. Daniel Resendez with Peak Realty represented the tenant. Kareem Amer with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Sendero.
5. Berkey’s Plumbing leased 258 SF at 3001 W 5^th Street, Fort Worth 76107. Shannon Johnston with SRS represented the tenant. Kareem Amer with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Sendero.

Fort Worth Industrial

1. Rexel USA, Inc renewed its lease of 75,000 SF at Carter Industrial Park, Fort Worth 76140. Reid Bassinger with Lee & Associates represented the tenant. Matt Carthey with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Link Logistics.
