- Voltea, Inc leased 7,200 SF at 4611 Langland Road. Weston Porter and Josh Barnes of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Taurus, and the tenant, Voltea, Inc., which was represented by brokers Hudson Sheets and Adam Curran, also of Holt Lunsford Commercial.
