Dallas Industrial

  1. CHEP USA renewed their 155,200 SF lease at 5301 Alliance Gateway in Fort Worth. Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Brookfield. Greg Lance with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
  2. DSG TEC USA, Inc. signed a 27,916 SF lease at 916 113th St in Arlington. Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Sealy. Ridley Culp and Brennan Fewin with Stream Realty represented the tenant.
  3. Altima Diagnostic Imaging Solutions, Inc renewed their 18,400 SF lease at 5380 Redbird Center Drive in Dallas. Canon Shoults and Mitch Cantwell with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Sealy. Brett Lewis with Lee & Associates represented the tenant.

  2. The MathWorks, Inc. renewed and expanded its 13,936 SF lease at Lincoln Legacy Two, Plano, 75024. Fort Worth Industrial
