Dallas Office

1. Crowe LLP signed a 5,300-square-foot lease at Lincoln Legacy Two in Plano, Texas. Chase Stone and Paul Hernandez with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the Landlord, Larson. Travis Booth and Josh Feldman with Cushman & Wakefield represented the Tenant.
2. Iola Gross Forbes-King & Bollinger, LLP, signed a 2,600-square-foot lease at 3141 Hood Street in Dallas, Texas. John Dickenson and Hayden Parker with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the Landlord, W&K Hood Street Partners, LP.

Fort Worth Office

1. HCA- Information Technology & Services, Inc renewed its lease of 29,571 SF at Overton Centre, Fort Worth 76109. Jim Smith with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.  Jake Neal and Matt Carthey with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, FLDR/TLC Overton Centre, LP.
2. Ambiance Textiles, Inc renewed its lease of 14,775 SF at 200 North Vacek, Fort Worth 76107. Jake Neal and David Cason with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant.
3. American Heart Association, LLC leased 6,475 SF at Summit Office Park, Fort Worth 76102. James Stein and Chad Barbiasz with CBRE represented the tenant. Jake Neal, Vic Meyer and Matt Carthey with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Albany Road.
4. The Kuiper Law Firm PLLC leased 4,393 SF at Mallick, Fort Worth 76102. Alex Hrapkiewicz with JLL represented the tenant. Vic Meyer and Jake Neal with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Mallick Tower.
