HLC Deals – February 2023 Recap

Dallas Industrial

  1. Foundation Energy signed a 20,891 SF renewal at Liberty Plaza I, Addison 75001. Tyler Howarth with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Franklin Street Properties Corp.
  2. Next After signed a 14,240 SF expansion and extension at Lincoln Legacy Two, Dallas 75024. John Dickenson with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the Landlord, Larson Capital Management, LLC.
  3. An undisclosed tenant signed a 13,462 SF lease at 1000 N McColl, McAllen 78501. Tyler Howarth with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the Tenant.
