HLC Deals – February 2022 Recap

Dallas Industrial

  1. KidKraft, Inc. signed a 104,239 SF lease at 9015 Sterling Street in Irving. Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Brookfield. CBRE represented the tenant.
  2. Enertech Resources, LLC renewed their 50,176 SF lease at 1230 Crestside Drive in Coppell. Canon Shoults with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord. Brian Gilchrist with CBRE represented the tenant.
  3. WWG, Inc. expanded their current 46,251 SF lease by 22,597 SF at 8101 Tristar Drive in Irving. Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, AEW. John Lee with Ready Real Estate represented the tenant.
  4. Smartex Apparel signed a 45,378 SF lease at 113 W Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie. Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Sealy. Ranjin Mathew with MSCRE Group/ KW Commercial represented the tenant
  5. Zavate, LLC signed a 23,120 SF lease at 601-625 Mockingbird Lane in Dallas. Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Alpha Industrial. Gary Schragin with Landhold Advisors, Inc. represented the tenant.

Dallas Office

  1. LendingPoint, LLC signed a 16,390 SF lease at 3660 Regent Blvd in Irving. John Dickenson and Jack Beare with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the Landlord, Wedge Group. Sam Pruitt and Jake Wilson with Site Selection Group represented the Tenant.
  2. DAS Acquisition Company signed a 10,363 RSF renewal at Summit Park in McKinney. James Engels, John Dickenson, and Jack Beare with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the Landlord, Wedge Group. Kent Smith with NAI Robert Lynn represented the Tenant.
  3. The McCarthy Companies signed a 15,781 RSF renewal at 4245 N Central Expressway. James Engels, John Dickenson, and Mason Pritcher with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the Landlord, Westdale. Craig Wilson with Stream Realty represented the Tenant.
  4. Dallas Insurance Exchange signed a 13,401 RSF renewal at Tollway Towers. James Engels, Dan Pond, and John Dickenson with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the Landlord, Larson Capital. Jim Cooksey and Chris Mathis with Newmark represented the Tenant.

Fort Worth Industrial

  1. The Dufresne Spencer Group, LLC leased 293,705 SF at the Fed Carter Distribution Center, Fort Worth, 76134. Matt Carthey and Thomas Grafton with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, PGIM Real Estate. Brad Murchison and James Ewing with Colliers represented the tenant.

  1. V A V Investments, LLC sold Silver Creek Corner, Texas at Fort Worth, 76108 totaling 9,260 SF. Tracy Gray with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the seller, V A V Investments, LLC.
  2. North Texas Lung & Sleep Center renewed its lease of 6,624 SF at Stonegate, Fort Worth, 76109. Reilly Clark and Tracy Gray with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Centra Partners.
