Dallas Office

1. White Rock Oil & Gas, LLC renewed its 24,000-SF lease at Lincoln Legacy Two in Plano, Texas. Chase Stone and Paul Hernandez with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Larson Capital Management. John Ellerman with Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.
2. Foundation Energy Management, LLC, renewed its 21,000-SF lease at Liberty Plaza II in Addison, Texas. Chase Stone and Hayden Parker with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Franklin Street Properties. Mary Stoner Yost with Colliers represented the tenant.
3. TruePoint Solutions LLC leased 3,500 square feet at Cedar Ridge Office Park in Southlake, Texas. John Dickenson, Paul Hernandez and Matt Carthey with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Varklan, LLC. Chase Traughber with Axis Realty Group represented the tenant.

Dallas Industrial

1. Kristopher James Company renewed its lease of 51,000 square feet at 1406 Dunn Drive in Carrollton, TX. Hudson Sheets and Adam Curran with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant. Andrew Gilbert and Keaton Brice with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord.
2. SportzBlitz, LLC, leased 27,000 square feet at 1000 Spinks Road in Lewisville, TX. Adam Curran and Harrison Davis with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the owner, Leila Real Estate, LLC. Tomas Wilson with Lee & Associates represented the tenant.
3. IMPEX GLS signed a 14,969 SF lease at 800 Industrial Blvd in Grapevine. Andrew Gilbert and Keaton Brice with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Prologis. Andrew Flores with Mercer Company represented the tenant.

Fort Worth Office

1. Federated Mutual Insurance Company leased 15,731 SF at Corporate at the Crossing, North Richland Hills 76180. James Stein with CBRE represented the tenant. Jake Neal, Matt Carthey and Vic Meyer with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Capital Commercial.
2. Sanara Medtech, Inc renewed and expanded its lease to 15,291 SF at Summit Office Park, Fort Worth 76102. Andy Goldston with Citadel Partners represented the tenant. Jake Neal, Vic Meyer and Matt Carthey with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Albany Roads.
3. Akzo Nobel Coatings Inc renewed its lease of 8,803 SF at Fossil Creek I & II, Fort Worth 76137. Brice Wells with CBRE represented the tenant. Reilly Clark and Jake Neal with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Fossil Creek.
4. Rone Engineering Services, LLD renewed its lease of 8,033 SF at Fossil Creek I & II, Fort Worth, 76137. Graham Cash with JLL represented the tenant.  Jake Neal and Reily Clark with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Fossil Creek Business Park.
5. APA Aviation Staffing, LLC renewed its lease of 6,394 SF at Overton Centre, Fort Worth 76109. Jake Neal and Matt Carthey with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, FLDR/TLC Overton Centre, LP.

Fort Worth Industrial

1. Coastal Trading Ventures, Inc leased 121,555 SF at Everman Trade Center, Fort Worth 76134. Clay Balch with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Matt Carthey and Thomas Grafton with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Cabot.
2. Nuenergy Storage Technologies LLC leased 27,000 SF at Northern Crossing, Fort Worth 76137. Jeff Jackson with NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant. Matt Carthey with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, GID.
3. MT Movers renewed and expanded its lease by 13,000 SF at Riverbend Business Park, Fort Worth, 76118. Grayson Fleitz with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Riverbend Properties.
4. Elegant Affair renewed its lease of 10,800 SF at Riverbend Business Park, Fort Worth, 76118. Grayson Fleitz with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Riverbend Properties.
5. Circle K Utility Construction, LLC lease 9,418 SF at 4924 Old Benbrook, Fort Worth 76116. Shannon Cannon with All City Real Estate represented the tenant. Thomas Grafton and Trey Goodspeed with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Donnie Rohde.
