HLC Deals – April 2022 Recap

Dallas Industrial

  1. DGM Services, Inc. signed a 69,590 SF lease at 1545 Crescent Drive in Carrollton. Andrew Gilbert and Keaton Brice with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, TA Realty. Steven Berger with CBRE represented the tenant.
  2. Automotive Systems Warehouse, LLC signed a 34,850 SF lease at 1550 Capital Drive in Carrollton. Andrew Gilbert and Keaton Brice with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, TA Realty. Parker LanCarte with LanCarte Commercial represented the tenant.
  3. BMI USA, Inc. signed a 34,535 SF lease at 1550 Capital Drive in Carrollton. Andrew Gilbert and Keaton Brice with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, TA Realty. Trevor Atkins with CBRE represented the tenant.
  4. Vocar Transportation Services, LLC signed a 30,000 SF lease at 1625 Vantage Drive in Carrollton. Andrew Gilbert and Keaton Brice with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Alpha Industrial. John Gilbert with Gilbert Commercial represented the tenant.
  5. Fitness Master, Inc. signed a 11,675 SF lease at 11419 Mathis in Farmers Branch. Andrew Gilbert and Keaton Brice with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Sealy.

Fort Worth Industrial

  1. Advanced Blending, Inc. renewed its lease of 30,000 SF at Riverside, Fort Worth, 76111.  George Jennings with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Hearthstone Properties.  Ken Boyd with Jackson & Cooksey, Inc. represented the tenant.
  2. Premier Medical Distribution, LLC leased 10,009 SF at Carter Business Center-7821-7865 Will Rogers, Fort Worth, 76140.  Thomas Grafton and George Jennings with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Cohen Asset Management.
  3. Century Fire Holdings, LLC renewed its lease of 9,000 SF at Riverbend Business Park, Fort Worth, 76118.  William Wilson and George Jennings with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Riverbend Properties.
  4. GRB Services Systems, Inc. dba Southwestern Services leased 8,400 SF at Suffolk Business Park, Fort Worth, 76133.  George Jennings, Trey Goodspeed and Thomas Grafton with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Birtcher Anderson.  Michael Newsome with NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant.

Fort Worth Office

  1. Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. renewed its lease of 23,837 SF at First Cash Plaza, Fort Worth, 76102.  Jake Neal and Matt Carthey with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, 1600 W. 7th Street.  David Walters with CBRE represented the tenant.
  2. Pope, Hardwicke, Christie, Schell, Kelly & Taplett, LLP renewed its lease of 11,259 SF at 500 West Seventh Street, Fort Worth, 76102.  J. David Cason with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant.  Jack A. Clark with Red Oak Realty represented the landlord.

Fort Worth Retail

  1. CD DG Ropesville, LLC sold Dollar General, 103 S. Plains Street, Ropesville, 79358. Tracy Gray and Reilly Clark with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the purchaser, VAV Investments, LLC.

Houston Industrial

  1. Holt Lunsford Commercial was awarded a 346,602 SF leasing assignment at Brookhollow West Business Park. The two-building light industrial portfolio is located at 9777 West Gulf Bank Road and 7000 Empire Central Drive in NW Houston. The team of John Kruse, Carter Holmes, and Craig Bean will lease the project.
  2. Access World USA signed a 131,250 SF lease at 10100 Porter Road in La Porte. Craig Bean and Kelly Landwermeyer with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord.
  3. Mid Atlantic Roofing Supply signed a 58,874 SF lease at 606 West Road in Houston. Craig Bean with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord and Kelly Landwermeyer with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant.
  4. Allied Stone Inc. signed a 32,000 SF lease at 5910 West by Northwest in Houston. Craig Bean and John Kruse with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord.
  5. R&R Material Supply Co. signed a 15,327 SF lease at 9362 Wallisville Road in Houston. John Kruse and Carter Holmes with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord.
