What brought you to HLC?
I have been fortunate to have had HLC as a client when I was an insurance broker several years ago. Working with Scott Moore gave me a real sense of the integrity, vision, and DNA of the company. From an outside seat on the Commercial RE insurance side of the industry, HLC was my favorite client and always looked forward to my next visit regardless of the topic. With Will Narduzzi leaving HLC, I immediately felt a nudge from the Lord to engage in the process of praying over coming on board.
How do you hope to grow at HLC?
I look forward to not only grow the current Industrial, Office, and Retail insurance program by restructuring some of the coverages and deductibles, but add a Multifamily insurance program into the fold, and eventually building a small business agency internally for HLC.
Which HLC value resonates the most with you and why?
Our High “Why” – To build a business that glorifies God through our employees, customers, and vendors, resonates with me most because it is the right thing to do in the business world, yet mostly stifled by other organizations. Upon leaving a meeting, it is my hope the customer feels they have been treated better than they ever had, and they would know they are valued.
What three words would you use to describe the HLC culture?
Honest, Fun, and Hardworking.
If you could tell one person “thank you” for helping me become the person you are today, who would it be and why?
My dad. He instilled in me the value of hard work through athletics, work, and life, coupled with a strong faith and reliance upon Jesus Christ.
How do you define success?
Winning with integrity, securing, and building a lifetime relationship with a customer.
How do you like to spend your free time?
I enjoy spending time with my wife, working out, and traveling; and with our two boys playing catch, playing golf, and fishing.
Where is the furthest you’ve traveled?
Kauai, Hawaii
What would you invent if you could?
A legal money printing machine.
Favorite quote?
“No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care” – Theodore Roosevelt
Favorite ice cream flavor?
Moosetracks
If you were stranded on a desert island, what three things would you want to have with you?
My wife, a resort pool, and endless guacamole.

Double-decker crunchy peanut butter sandwich and Maine blueberry jelly with Cheetos.
Welcome to HLC, Ronnie, we are glad you are here!
