Meet Reilly Clark, Market Associate and new HLC team member!
Reilly Clark joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2021 and serves as a Market Associate in the Fort Worth Retail Group. He is responsible for executing transactions on retail assets in the Fort Worth market and representing both private and institutional investors. Reilly also focuses on marketing HLC properties, gathering market intelligence, and identifying growth opportunities for the Fort Worth Retail Group. Prior to joining HLC full-time, Reilly was an Associate with Vision Commercial Real Estate in Fort Worth, where he was responsible for leasing and sales activities for retail properties in the Fort Worth Market.
Reilly grew up in Fort Worth where he went to high school at Fort Worth Country Day then continued to Texas Christian University for college. He graduated from TCU with a BBA in Finance with a Real Estate Concentration and a Minor in Energy Technology Management.
What brought you to HLC?
I started my career with Vision Commercial Real Estate doing retail leasing and sales for them in the Fort Worth area. Then shortly after graduating the guy that I worked for at Vision was reached out to by HLC about an opportunity. They were starting a retail leasing division and that is how I ended up here today.
How do you hope to grow at HLC?
I hope to be able to take full advantage of the status of HLC and how it is seen in the real estate community to further build my book of business and to grow value for myself and the company.
Which HLC value resonates the most with you and why?
We Serve – is the value that resonates most with me because ultimately real estate brokerage is a service-based business and to be able to better serve our clients only benefits everyone in the long run.
What three words would you use to describe the HLC culture?
Service, family, and faith.
How do you define success?
Being able to best represent yourself and the people relying on you and being able to provide your best every day.
Who or what inspires you?
My family, specifically my parents, were great role models to be growing up and inspire me to be the best version of myself.
How do you like to spend your free time?
Anything outdoors, my favorite hobby is golf. Other than that, I enjoy fishing and hunting.
Everyone has a good app idea. What’s yours?
An app that you plug in your grocery list, and it will tell you the most effective and efficient route to take through the grocery store, so you get exactly what you need in the quickest time possible.
Where is the furthest you’ve traveled?
Italy
Favorite ice cream flavor?
Strawberry ice cream
What character would you be in a book, movie or TV show?
Iron Man
What superpower would you like to have?
Being able to fly, I hate traffic.
What was the last gift you gave someone?
I gave my girlfriend a new pair of sunglasses.
If you could be any animal in the world, what animal would you be and why?
Lion, because they are the top of the food chain.
