Meet Paul Hernandez, Market Analyst and new HLC team member!
Paul Hernandez joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2022 and serves as Market Analyst in the Dallas Office division. He is responsible for gathering market intelligence, producing competitive market sets, generating weekly analysis reports, assisting brokers in lease negotiations, and marketing HLC properties. Paul is dedicated to supporting the leasing transactions team on their approximately 5.1 million square foot portfolio of office assets; researching specified buildings and assisting each market director with their individual marketing duties.
Before joining HLC, Paul worked as a management consultant for Sendero, focusing on technology advisory for major utility clients. Paul grew up in San Antonio, Texas, then attended the University of Georgia, receiving a BBA in Finance. In his spare time, Paul serves on the Young Alumni Board for the UGA Terry College of Business, volunteers as a Young Life leader in Dallas, and is a member of the Dallas Regional Chamber Young Professionals.
What brought you to HLC?
The opportunity to work in leasing with like-minded coworkers that want to be excellent at their work and positively impact other people.
How do you hope to grow at HLC?
I hope to grow professionally and personally by learning as much as I can from all the outstanding people in our office.

The opportunity to work with an array of owners and creatively problem-solve to help them achieve their goals.
