What brought you to HLC?
I wanted to do something where I could serve others; I am passionate about building relationships, and this is a way to leverage that skill set. More than anything, it was to be able to be of service to people. I have the utmost respect for HLC and what they stand for, so an excellent value-based company was essential.

How do you hope to grow at HLC?
The biggest thing is to be able to learn from the best and learn how to serve better. I hope to use my values and leverage them in a way that allows me to grow relationally and professionally.

What about your role at HLC most excites or interests you?
What brought me here, where I want to grow the most, and what excites me the most is to use the relationships I have built to advance our platform. What interests me is helping people, clients, vendors, and my team.

We love people. I love people and laughing often and loudly makes for a better culture and workplace.

What are three interesting things about you that we wouldn’t learn from your resume

I placed 3rd in the tennis state championship in my junior year of High School.

How do you define success?
I define success as meeting a combination of HLC and personal goals while helping my team do the same. As a leader, not only do I want to achieve my goals, but I want my team to feel capable of achieving their own goals as well. Most importantly, doing so with integrity every step of the way.

How do you like to spend your free time?
