Zach Tempel joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2023 and serves as an Investment Analyst. He is responsible for underwriting and evaluating potential investments, supporting the team in the execution of transactions, and using data analysis to monitor industry trends.

Prior to joining HLC, Zach gained internship experience working with commercial real estate firms Jackson-Shaw and Skywalker Property Partners.

Zach received a BBA in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Zach is an active member at Watermark Community Church and serves as a WyldLife Leader in North Dallas.
