Walker Floyd

Walker Floyd serves as a Market Director for the Fort Worth Industrial Group, where he focuses on agency leasing, development, acquisitions, and tenant representation. He first joined HLC as a summer intern in 2020 before returning as a Market Analyst in 2021.

Walker currently oversees the leasing of more than 5 million square feet of industrial assets in the Great Southwest Industrial submarket. His relationship-driven approach, backed by in-depth market knowledge and data analysis, enables him to deliver strategic solutions for clients.

He is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned a BBA in Finance from Mays Business School. Walker is a Texas Real Estate Commission license holder.

Outside of work, Walker enjoys fly fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors.
