Trey Goodspeed

Trey Goodspeed joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2021 and serves as a Market Director for the Fort Worth Industrial division. He is responsible for executing transactions on over 6,000,000 square feet of industrial assets, representing both private and institutional investors.

Trey brings over 4 years of experience and has completed over 200 transactions in his time at HLC. His attention to detail is what sets him apart as well as providing his clients with the tools they need to make wise real estate decisions.

Trey received a BBA in Financial Management from Abilene Christian University. While at the University, Trey was director of Worlds Backyard and Vice President of the Fraternity of Galaxy. Trey is a Texas Real Estate Commission license holder and a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC).
