Travis Vivian

Travis Vivian joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2024 and serves as a Market Analyst. Travis is responsible for assisting in executing transactions on approximately 4 million square feet of office assets, representing both private and institutional investors. Travis focuses on marketing HLC properties, gathering market intelligence, and identifying growth opportunities for the Dallas Office Group.

Prior to joining Holt Lunsford Commercial, Travis spent 10 years in group benefits, consulting with companies to implement and improve their employee benefit packages. His experience and knowledge on the needs of various industries laid the foundation for a natural transition into the real estate space.

Travis is a graduate of Texas A&M, enjoys college sports and spending time with his wife and daughters. He is an active member of Legacy Church in Plano.
