Todd Marchesani

Todd Marchesani joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2017 and serves as a Vice President of Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments (HLCI). He is responsible for the sourcing and execution of development projects in the Dallas/Ft. Worth region. He will take the project from conceptualization through exit, including site identification, contract negotiation, site due diligence, entitlement process, architectural and engineering design, and construction oversight. Since joining, Todd has been involved in 10 new development projects totaling 1,858,303 square feet valued over $142M.

Prior to joining HLCI, Todd was a Director of Acquisitions at Southern Land Company focusing on site acquisitions and entitlement for multi-family developments in the Southwest United States. While in this role, Todd was directly responsible for sourcing over $260M in development deals in Dallas, Ft. Worth, and Las Vegas.

Prior to SLC, Todd worked at Sealy and Company where he collaboratively worked on 3,619,745 square feet of industrial acquisition and development opportunities valued over $139M. In a separate role at Sealy & Company, he was directly responsible for the leasing of a 1,702,637 square feet industrial portfolio in Metropolitan, Brookhollow and Garland. Before Sealy & Company, Todd served as an industrial and office investment sale analyst at Staubach Capital Markets. He started his career as an investment analyst with Maylar, L.P.

Todd graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Finance from the Cox School of Business. He is actively involved in various commercial real estate organizations in Dallas. He is currently NTCAR President Elect and was former President of NTCAR YPF Board and is a three-time finalist for the NTCAR Young Citizen Award. He is a graduate of the 2017 TREC Associate Leadership Council. He attends Church of the Incarnation in Dallas with his wife Dr. Estee Marchesani, PhD and their sons, Michael and Peter.
