Tim Stansberry

Tim Stansberry joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2024 and serves as an Investment Analyst for Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments (HLCI). In this role, he is responsible for evaluating and underwriting potential investments, supporting transaction execution, and utilizing data analysis to monitor industry trends.

Prior to joining HLC, Tim gained valuable experience in multifamily acquisitions, underwriting assets in high-growth markets across the U.S. He also interned with Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial tenant representation team in Dallas, where he conducted market research and developed financial models. These experiences have provided Tim with a strong foundation in financial analysis and market dynamics.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Operations & Analytics from Georgetown University. He is actively involved with Young Life and lives in Dallas with his wife.
