Thomas Grafton joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2016 and currently serves as a Vice President in the Fort Worth office. Thomas is responsible for business development efforts within the firm’s Industrial Division with a focus on project leasing, tenant representation, acquisition/disposition services, and development services for private and institutional capital.

Prior to joining HLC, Thomas interned for several commercial real estate companies including Pennybacker Capital, Live Oak-Gottesman and McDougal Companies.

Thomas received a BBA in Finance/Real Estate from Texas Tech University. He holds a Texas Real Estate Commission license and is active in the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
