Shannon Martin joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in January 2025 and serves as the Client Services Manager for the Insurance Division.

Working with the Senior VP of Risk Management and insurance brokers, Shannon is responsible for executing insurance deliverables and transactions for Holt Lunsford’s 100+ insurance customers and their commercial properties across 22 states.

Before joining HLC, Shannon directed national account services for a public relations agency with an expertise in brand and risk management, digital content management and analytics. Shannon combines her marketing communications success with a deep desire to forge meaningful relationships with clients to help them achieve their business goals.

In her 15-year career working with agencies, Shannon has worked with well-known organizations like Houston Methodist Hospital, Houston Independent School District (HISD), Baker Hughes, the office of the Papacy, the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, and Hearst.

Her commitment to giving back to the community is evident in her years of volunteering with National Charity League, Bible Study Fellowship (BSF), and her guidance of leading young adults though meaningful discussions at Fatihbridge Church.

Shannon is a graduate of Texas Tech University and lives in North Houston with her husband David. She enjoys traveling with family, especially hiking new trails in Colorado with David and their two adult children.
