Saunders Wood

Saunders Wood joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2024 and serves as an Associate focusing on the Greater Southwest submarket of DFW. He is dedicated to sourcing industrial transactions throughout the DFW metroplex, assisting both local and national clients in making calculated, strategic decisions to enhance their businesses.

Saunders holds a BBA in Human Dimensions of Organizations with a minor in Business from The University of Texas at Austin, where he also founded a university club for the Texas Trophy Hunters Association. He is a licensed professional under the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Before joining HLC, Saunders gained valuable experience as an intern with the retail brokerage team at Davidson Bogel Real Estate. In this role, he site-planned cities within and beyond the DFW Metroplex, forecasted market growth and development trends, and executed a comprehensive cold-calling campaign targeting car wash businesses and off-market retail pads/land sites, which sparked his passion for Commercial Real Estate. His diverse work experience throughout college includes roles as an accounting intern, ranch real estate intern, Camp Longhorn counselor, and offshore fishing deckhand.

In his free time, Saunders enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, mountaineering, working out, and watching college football with his friends.
