Sam Crain

Sam Crain joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2024 and serves as Vice President. He is responsible for assisting tenants and property owners lease, buy, and sell creative office, flex, and industrial real estate, primarily in Dallas’ urban core and infill markets.

Prior to joining HLC, Sam spent a combined 9-years at Altschuler and Company, Admora Partners, and Swearingen Realty Group, where he executed real estate transactions on behalf of his clients, ranging from entrepreneurs to institutional tenants and investors. During this time, he gained valuable experience working on complicated transactions and providing excellent service to his clients.

Sam received a BBA in Marketing from The University of Alabama. Sam is a Texas Real Estate Commission license holder and a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC). He is married with one child.
