Ross Moncrief

Ross Moncrief joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2023 and serves as Market Associate. He is responsible for executing transactions on approximately 1.2 million square feet of assets, representing both private and institutional investors.

Prior to joining HLC, Ross worked in commercial real estate for the Walsh, Wegman & Giordano Team in Fort Worth, where he was responsible for the sales and leasing of retail, land, and office assets in the DFW metroplex. During this time, he gained valuable experience in the real estate world while working on complicated transactions and providing excellent service to his clients.

Ross received his BA in Communication Studies from Texas Christian University. Ross is a Texas Real Estate Commission license holder and a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC).

Ross is currently a member of the Steeplechase Club, Stewards of the Wild, and The Frog Club.
