Paxton Goscin

Paxton Goscin joined HLC in 2025 and serves as a Assistant Project Manager for Holt Lunsford Commercial (HLC) where he is responsible for the execution of multifamily projects in the DFW region. He will take the project from pre-construction through construction completion, while maintaining site due diligence, safe working environment, and managing trades.

Prior to joining Holt Lunsford Commercial, Paxton worked with K. Hovnanian, Dream Built, and RPG Homes, where he gained hands on-experience managing all phases of construction. Throughout his career, Paxton has been responsible for scheduling production timelines, maintaining quality standards, and building strong, lasting relationships with trades through consistent communication and project oversight. His ability to manage the full lifecycle of a build-from planning to final walkthrough-has consistently led to successful, on-time completions and satisfied homeowners.

Now part of the Multifamily Division at HLC, Paxton is excited to bring his passion for construction and customer service to a dynamic, growing sector of the industry.
