Mark De La Torre

Mark De La Torre joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2017 and serves as a Managing Principal of Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments (HLCI). He is responsible for overseeing the operating divisions/departments within the investment platform. Additionally, Mark helps manage the company’s portfolio and oversees ownership initiatives for HLCI.

Prior to joining HLCI, Mark was the Director of Acquisitions at Quadrant Investment Properties where he focused on the firm’s acquisition and disposition efforts resulting in transaction value of over $145 million. Before Quadrant, Mark worked for BBR Partners in New York City as an Investment Management Associate. He conducted investment research and executed portfolio wealth management directives with a team serving 100 high net worth clients with assets under management of $10 billion.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wake Forest University and is an active member of Watermark Community Church.
