Lizza Connor

Lizza Connor joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2024 and serves as Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Marketing.

In her new role, Lizza will lead the development and implementation of a strategic marketing plan aimed at elevating HLC’s presence in the market. She will also play a key role in advancing our business development efforts, collaborating closely with our leasing and management teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities with both new and existing clients. Lizza is also a Texas Real Estate Commission license holder.

Prior to joining HLC, Lizza was head of marketing at Istation in Dallas, where she specialized in building and executing full-scale campaigns to drive revenue including demand generation, audience targeting, content/creative development, lead conversion strategy, media buying, financial management, results analysis, brand partnerships, and events.

Lizza received a BA in Communications/Journalism from Carson-Newman University with additional studies at Oxford University in England.
