Kyle Pesek

Kyle Pesek joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2022 and serves as a Market Analyst in the Houston Office Group. His responsibilities include gathering market intelligence, producing competitive market sets, producing weekly analysis reports, assisting brokers in lease negotiations, and marketing HLC properties.

Prior to joining HLC, Kyle completed internships with WildHorse Resource Development, Dosch Marshall Real Estate, and Lee & Associates – Houston.

Kyle is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he received his BBA in Management with a minor in Economics. While at Texas A&M, Kyle was an active member of Beta Upsilon Chi, a National Christian fraternity that exists for the purpose of establishing brotherhood and unity in Christ. He also participated in Startup Aggieland, an entrepreneurial development program for students.

Kyle is a Texas Real Estate Commission License Holder.
