Keaton Brice

Keaton Brice joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2020 and serves as a Vice President in the Dallas Industrial division. He is responsible for executing transactions on approximately 11.2 million square feet of Industrial assets, representing primarily private and institutional investors. In addition, Keaton focuses on acquisition and development opportunities in the NW Dallas and DFW Airport Submarkets. 

Keaton received a BBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas and is a Texas Real Estate Commission License holder. Keaton began his career on the principal side, spending a total of 5 years with Colony Capital and ML Realty Partners. Recent recognition and awards for Keaton include 2021 – 2025 D CEO Power Broker.
