Karla Bennett

Karla Bennett joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2024 and serves as Vice President for Industrial Tenant Representation. With almost two decades of experience in the logistics industry across South Texas and Mexico, she incorporates that insider knowledge with her brokerage skills to advise clients on industrial property leasing, tenant representation, acquisitions, and dispositions.

Karla holds a BS in Nutritional Science from Texas A&M University and is a Texas Real Estate Commission license holder, a member of Industrial Women in Real Estate (IWIRE), Texas Trucking Association (TXTA), and the North Texas Commercial Association of REALTORS (NTCAR). She is married with two children and enjoys teaching them Spanish. Karla is a member of Bent Tree Country Club where she has previously served as the President of the Women’s Tennis Association.
