Jacob Schurman

Jacob Schurman joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2025 and serves as an Investments Analyst. In this role, a few of his key responsibilities include utilizing data to monitor industry trends, evaluating and underwriting potential investments, and supporting transaction execution.

Prior to joining HLCI, Jacob helped underwrite millions worth of commercial real estate as a capital markets analyst. During this time, he gained valuable experience working on complicated transactions and providing excellent service to his clients.

Jacob received a BS in Finance from the University of Alabama where he served as the President of the Culverhouse Real Estate Society. Jacob also spent time as a member of the Student Real Estate Investment Fund (SREIF) and Capstone Asset Management Society (CAMS) where he learned about REIT’s and general market dynamics. 

In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, spending time with his family and friends, and attending Watermark Community Church in Dallas.
